April 2019 VACATION CARE

Vacation care hours of operation 8:00am till 6:00pm
➢ IF YOU ARE NOT REGISTERED TO FUNTASTIC GEMS ALREADY, PLEASE GO TO WWW.FUNTASTICGEMS.COM.AU AND CLICK ON “ENROL NOW”.
➢ Children must be signed in and out daily by a parent/guardian (children are NOT permitted to sign themselves in).
➢ Please pack morning tea, lunch and drinks and a refillable water bottle.
➢ Children will need to wear sensible walking shoes, bring a hat, a suitable raincoat and extra clothing to change in the case of any incidents.
➢ Children are permitted to bring electrical devices to play on instructed as there is a time limit to play time, however Funtastic Gems will take no responsibility for these items.
➢ PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT OFFER CANCELLATIONS FOR VACATION CARE PROGRAM – CHOOSE CAREFULLY.
➢ Any late bookings for the holiday program after the closing date Friday 5th April, 2019 will incur a $10 LATE FEE.
